We’ll reflect on our achievements over the past twelve months, share our plans for the next year, and elect the board of directors.
It is with immense delight that we introduce to you the new CEO of Farmers for Climate Action, Natalie Collard, at this year’s AGM.
With Natalie’s extensive and professional journey in advocating for regional Australia, agriculture, renewable energy, innovation and women’s leadership, she will share her insights in a deep-dive session on “Cultivating Connections”.

Please note, as per Clause 33.1 and Clause 33.2, voting rights at the Annual General Meeting are as follows:
33.1 subject to law, each Full Member is entitled to cast one vote to elect directors under clause 93 and is otherwise entitled to vote as permitted by this constitution and by law
33.2 no Ordinary Member is entitled to cast any vote to elect Directors under clause 93 (and any vote purportedly cast by an Ordinary member for this purpose is invalid) but, subject to law, each Ordinary member is otherwise entitled to vote as permitted by this constitution
Natalie Collard
CEO, Farmers for Climate Action
Natalie is a highly regarded advocate for regional Australia, agriculture, renewable energy, innovation and women’s leadership.
An experienced cross-sectoral executive and board director, Natalie’s most recent role was CEO for Food and Fibre Great South Coast and Quartz Group, where she is an executive coach.
Her career highlights include being awarded Telstra Business Woman of the Year – Victoria (Community & Government, 2013) and Woman in Renewables of the Year (2018) for business transformation in dairy and energy respectively.
Natalie has spoken at the United Nations, managed over $1.2bn of corporate contracts, negotiated seven bilateral agreements, including Australia’s first treaty with an organisation, NATO, and was previously Chair of Women in Renewables.
Natalie’s other career highlights include managing Rural Affairs for the National Farmers’ Federation, and leading Telstra’s Corporate Affairs for Victoria and Tasmania.
