Kel and Mahlah manage a sixth-generation dairy and beef farm spanning 40 hectares, situated two hours south of Sydney in Kiama. Operating independently as The Pines, their micro-producing venture employs regenerative agricultural methods to uphold soil health, animal welfare, and effective land management.

At The Pines, the dairy crafts farm-fresh cheeses, yoghurt, gelato and milk with minimal processing. Their beef cattle play a crucial role in their regenerative approach, grazing on pastures inaccessible to their dairy stock, thereby contributing to soil health.

In January 2022, they integrated a 60-kilowatt solar array accompanied by 60 kilowatts of battery storage, further enhancing their commitment to low-impact farming practices.
