Eamon Sloane
Eamon joined the Insurance Council in March 2023 bringing experience working at intersection of industry and government. As well as leading the Insurance Council’s work on farm insurance, he also works across issues including Australia’s national protection gap, cyber security and artificial intelligence, competition. His works cover other specific insurance lines including cyber and travel insurance. Prior to joining the Insurance Council, Eamon worked in various economic and foreign policy roles across the Australian Public Service.
Josie Zilm
Josie Zilm is NAB’s Agribusiness Executive. NAB provides financial backing to Australian agribusinesses to grow food and fibre for our domestic market and the world. Josie oversees NAB’s Agribusiness portfolio, looking at markets, weather, climate, and other trends influencing the agricultural sector today and into the future. Josie is a Beef and fodder producer in Gippsland giving her a unique perspective to her work, combining practical agricultural knowledge with a keen awareness of profitability, market and environmental dynamics.
